Requirements
Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience:
At least 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Agro based Startup
Additional Requirements
Age 40 to 50 years
Sound knowledge of Brand Management and Marketing tools and process.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong experience in business analytics and solid understanding of core marketing activities.
Responsibilities & Context
Developing and implementing Brand Strategy of the Group.
Planning and execution of communications and media actions across offline and online.
Designing and ensuring various campaign and product promotional activities.
Conducting market research/surveys.
Keeping up to date with market developments and analyzing consumer insights as well as competitor strategies.
Managing product launching activities in a systematic manner.
Maintaining liaison with creative agencies, advertisement agencies, media, newspapers etc.
Any other relevant task given by the management.
