We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Executives to join our team at W3Space Technologies. This role focuses on helping customers resolve technical issues related to our products and services. Job Nature: Permanent (Full-time) Work Schedule: 3 days at the office and 3 days work from home (hybrid)
Number of Positions: 02 (Open to both male and female candidates)
Job Requirements:
• Freshers are encouraged to apply (No graduation required)
• Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
• Strong communication skills in both English and Bengali (verbal and written)
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Patience and a technical problem-solving attitude
• Knowledge of CRM or ticketing systems is a plus
Job Description:
• Respond to customer technical queries via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with our products or platforms
• Work with internal teams (developers, product managers) to resolve complex technical problems
• Guide customers on how to use our tools and platforms effectively
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently
