Job Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Should be capable for create new customers for tiles, paints & interior design.
2. Achieving value, volume and profitability target of the specified Area by supervising team members.
3. Strengthening credit management.
Use research and market intelligence data to provide competitive edge to the business.
4. Working closely with project engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors, developers and architects, sales, field forces, depots, dealers & retailers.
5. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with all customers.
6. Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients.
7. Proper understanding & implementation of company policies and trade promotions.
8. Take prompt action to resolve all customer issues and complaints, if any.
9. Tour plan wise Regular market visits, pursue new clients and make report market and sales activities on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Job location: Rajshahi
Employment Status: Full-time.
Educational Requirements: Diploma Engineer, Graduate from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements: 1-2 year(s) in an interior farm or in any construction firm.
(Freshers can apply).
Additional Requirements:
1. Sound knowledge in Marketing, Sales, Promotion and changing trends.
2. Sound knowledge and fluency in computer usage, essentially MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.
4. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Ability to co-ordinate with team and related internal functions.
5. Ability to work independently with pre-set goals.
