Requirements
Education
MBBS degree from a reputed Medical College [additional training on USG, Radiology & Imaging, or related disciplines will be preferred].
Experience
5 to 8 years

Age at most 45 years
Minimum 5 - 8 years of work experience with reputed Hospitals, Diagnostics or similar.
Knowledge about latest developments in diagnostic services, technology, and the leading practitioners in immediate market.
Excellent Networking, communication and leadership skills.

Job Role:
Medical Coordinator will work closely with the consultants, technologists and caregivers to ensure the quality & highest standards of the diagnostic processes and outcomes, as well as patient satisfaction and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor diagnostic processes and plug any gap found on a daily basis.
Upgrade services by adding new diagnostic features and technologies.
Engage with the consultants for optimum service delivery.
Optimize and/or add to the consultant-pool based on service demand.
Ensure growth and patient satisfaction.
Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for long term sustainability.
Locations: Will be Based in Labaid centers located at Dhaka [Gulshan, Doyaganj, Mirpur, Uttara, Savar], Narayanganj, Mymensingh, Rajshahi, Bogura, Rangpur, Khulna, Jashore, Sylhet, Barishal, Cumilla, Faridpur
