Work station: Office, Mohisbathan, Uttar Para, Court, Rajshahi
Key responsibilities:
·Lead and supervise the artist team
·Prepare daily work for each artist
·Ensure quality products within the specific time frame
·Capacity development of the artists
·Prepare production plan and execute the plan accordingly
·Come-up with new designs for products
·Hand paint on Kurti, Saree, Bag, Panjabi, home-decor item, ornaments etc.
·Craft: making earring, bangles, necklace, and home-decor item
·Sewing on different types of fabrics (not mandatory)
·Any other responsibilities given by the management
Key requirements:
·Minimum two years’ experience in hand paint and/or craft
·Permanent residence at Rajshahi city corporation. For highly deserving
candidate this requirement may be considered.
·Students are requested not to apply
·Any official experience as an artist will get preference
·Experience in leading a small team will get reference
Working time: 9 am to 5 pm
Off day: Friday
Probation period: two or three months. Initially, an employee will join for two or
three months a probation period. After satisfactory performance throughout the
period the contract will be further extended.
