Key responsibilities: (No sales target!)
·Response virtual queries like Facebook message/comment,
WhatsApp massage/call etc.
·Help customer to find out the right product for them
·Frequently Change display
·Organize display and store on regular manner
·Keep the showroom neat and clean
·Any other tasks given by be the hire management
Key requirements:
·Minimum 1-year experience in the industry of apparel, super shop or
any other retail shop.
·Permanent residence at Rajshahi city corporation
·Experience in using POS software will get preference
·Experience in working at call center or in the department of
customer care will get preference
Working hour: 10/11 hours a day (the working hour may be extended during
festivals as per the customer flow)
Day off: one day per week
Probation period: Three months. Initially, an employee will join for three months
as a probation period. After satisfactory performance throughout the period, the
contract will be further extended.
