Experience Details: Marine Fisheries Officer: People's Republic of Bangladesh, Upazila Fisheries Office, Taltali, Barguna. As a Marine Fisheries Officer, there were generally different activities done by me. Enforcement of the fisheries rules and regulations, monitoring fish stocks, and promoting sustainable fishing practices. My responsibilities were to include conducting research and surveys, engaging with local fishing communities to educate them on regulations, and assisting in policy development. I had prepared reports on fisheries status, conducted inspections of fishing operations, and provided training on best practices for sustainability. I had been regulated of SDF (Social Development Fund) and audited, regulated the CO (Cluster Officer of SDF), trained the fishermen at the selected fishermen village, audited SDF activities and fishermen village (loan and deposit), bought ingredients for the fishermen (net, boat, cow, tube well, and others), and built the bridge, culvert, and tube wells) at the fishermen's village. I had to attend meetings at different fishermen villages (weekly by weekly or monthly). Consultant of Production Dept., Padma Group of Converters: As a consultant of the production department relating to research and development containing fish breeding and hatcheries with feed formulation, my responsibilities included providing expert advice on project design and implementation, conducting research to identify the fish breeding with aquaculture with fish disease and treatment, fish feed formulation industry trends and opportunities, and developing innovative solutions to enhance aquaculture practices. I had to collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs and develop strategic plans, analyze data to inform decision-making, and ensure that research outcomes align with organizational goals. Additionally, I had to prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively. Consultant: Masum Matsho khamar As a consultant, my responsibilities included providing expert guidance on best practices in aquaculture, fish disease and treatment, and fisheries management, assessing client needs to develop tailored solutions, and conducting research to inform decision-making. I had to analyse data and information with industry trends, collaborate with stakeholders to enhance project outcomes, and develop strategic plans for sustainable practices. Additionally, I had to prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and solutions with recommendations clearly and effectively.
